This document aims to establish the general terms and conditions of use of the PORTAL, which are mandatory for all individuals, professionals, and companies (hereinafter the USER) who wish to use it (current or new services that FUERTE HOTELES may provide in the future through the PORTAL).

Regarding any disputes arising from the execution and fulfillment of the contract or services offered on this website that cannot be resolved extrajudicially, the courts and tribunals corresponding to the locality where the tourist establishment informed on this website is located will be competent, as this is the place where the obligation giving rise to the dispute is fulfilled.
