You can enter your room from 12 to 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 12 midday, with the option of late check-out depending on availability. You can consult prices and availability at Reception.

Check all the information about how to get the hotel and the main places of interest.

When you get to the hotel, Reception will give you a "towel card" for each guest. This card can be exchanged at the towel area, located by the pool from 10.00 until 18.30.
Until 6.30 pm you can bring the towel back here at any time and get your "towel card" back. After 6.30 pm youcan bring the towel back to reception.
Hand your "towel card" back to Reception when checking out; if not, or if it gets lost, there’s a charge of 10€.

We have free Wifi throughout the hotel.

We have a FREE safe service in the rooms. If you want to use the safe at Reception, it costs has an extra cost.

Children Stay Free conditions.

• For each paying adult, one child stays free under the same board basis (for example: 2 adults with half board = 2 children with free half board). Children up to 12 included. After consulting room types can accommodate an extra bed.
• From the 3rd child: €4 supplement for breakfast and €10 for dinner or lunch. So, if 2 adults are staying with 3 children, these fees shall be applied to the third child depending on the board basis of the reservation. Babies aged 0-2 years are not included in these conditions, as they always stay free.

Clients who have not pre-paid for dinners:

• A 50% discount will be applied to the child, based on the price cited at the restaurant.
• Baby food shall be subject to a surcharge of €6.

The car-park has extra cost and does not need to be booked beforehand - request a space directly at Reception (depending on availability)

The hotel has a gate leading on to the beach which you can open with your room card.
We have sun loungers on the beach for our clients, in front of our hotel complex. The sun loungers service has an extra cost.

Pet policy Dogs

Fuerte Marbella and Fuerte Miramar, where only dogs weighing less than 5 kg are permitted. For larger dogs, there is a kennel in Elviria, 15 km from our facilities. There is a daily €10 surcharge for dogs. All hotels retain details of 24 hour veterinary services. All dogs must:

• Have all up to date immunisations
• Receive anti-flea and parasite treatment before arriving at the hotel
• Microchip
• Dog breeds classified as dangerous shall not be admitted

To activate the Spanish channels in your room, press the av/tv button on your remote control and then select the "tdT" option from the menu that appears; the "TV" option will activate the international channels. If they don’t work, contact Reception.
